Appointment Policy
Walk-in clients are welcome, however appointments are preferred. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by Patients with previously scheduled appointments.
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash and personal checks.
Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
If you need assistance with your pet, please ask one of our animal care specialists to assist you.
Boarding Requirements
We are happy to care for your pets while you are away from home. Please call our office to make your boarding reservations. (Holiday spaces fill up quick, so call early!)
All dogs boarding in our kennels must be current on Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella vaccines. All cats must have current Rabies, FVRCP, and Feline Leukemia vaccines.
Also, all pets boarded or hospitalized who have fleas or ticks upon entry or arrival will be treated at the owners expense. This is for the protection of ALL pets in our care.
